IJobStore PauseAll Method Quartz.NET API Documentation
Pause all triggers - equivalent of calling PauseTriggers(GroupMatcher TriggerKey ) on every group.

When ResumeAll  is called (to un-pause), trigger misfire instructions WILL be applied.
